Children are near and dear to the heart of Jesus. We offer a simple one room Sunday School with Bible lesson, craft and activities that are organized for you. Our Kids Club caters to children in grades 1 to 6 and meets on the fourth Friday of the month from 6:30 to 8pm. We have activities, games, crafts, lesson and special snack - all with a fun theme. The leaders are Leslie Bryson, Belinda Barnes and Anne Walker. They would love to have additional adults there to supervise and hang out with the kids. You could also help with planning, craft prep, ideas, activities and fun Bible lessons.
We run a day camp every summer for kids 5 to 12. The camp is organized and led by the summer students we hire through the government grant program. Lots of volunteers are needed to make this happen! Small group leaders, station leaders (crafts, activities, games, lesson, memory verse), music and floaters to supervise. This is also a great opportunity for youth looking to get some volunteer hours. We love to pair a youth with an adult to lead a small group or station together.
