Here is a newsletter update telling how the shoeboxes sent have made an impact in children's lives.

On a side note, we met with a regional rep from Samaritan's Purse this week and he was telling us how the shoeboxes packed in November are used throughout the year for evangelism - changing the lives of kids and their families, planting new churches and lives given to Jesus.  Every child is given the good news about Jesus before they are given their boxes. Each child is then invited to a 12 part study called the Greatest Journey where they can learn and deepen their faith. Almost half the kids choose to come back to attend the church classes and most of them choose to give their lives to Christ. These children then bring the gospel back to their families resulting in whole communities being changed and local churches growing or being planted.
