Hello there,
My name is Mikayla and I'm reaching out on behalf of Friendship Club Ottawa. We are the local branch of Friendship Ministries, and we host worship, bible study, and fellowship for adults with cognitive and developmental disabilities. We are about to launch our new year next week, and we are welcoming new participants as well as looking for more volunteers. We gather every other Tuesday evening at starting on September 15th at Calvin Christian Reformed Church on at 1475 Merivale Road, near Baseline Road.
We start each session with worship and a short bible study lesson, then move in to a time of fellowship with snacks and activities. Our goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and friendly space for everyone to grow in faith, make friends, and experience belonging in Church. Everyone is welcome!
