A feeling of great pleasure; delight. This word really sums up so many aspects of this year. We were enchanted by God's creation from East to West, from snowy mountain peaks to raging white-water rivers. Enchanted by how our creator inhabits the creative process. Enchanted by diving deeply into his word. Enchanted by seeing hearts transformed by the work of the Holy Spirit and the scriptures, whether they be people who know Jesus or those who don't yet. Enchanted by the advent season reminding us that God-Is-With-Us!

December! The snow has arrived! Christmas decorations are appearing! Shopping has begun (at least for some of us who procrastinate)! Soon we will be celebrating Christ's birthday and what that means for us: hope and salvation. "She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins. "(Matthew 1:21)
